The Winchelsea Festival Organising Committee welcomes applications for stall at this year's Winchelsea Festival - please note that same as last year, there is a particular emphasis on 'local' or regional organisations to reflect the country feel of the event, and accordingly all applications are considered on a case-by-case basis with no guarantee of a place. Please note that all sites must be prepaid (either by cheque or direct deposit no later than the end of October).

Stall sites are available as follows ;

Stall-site applications on the day may be available, but only after all other stalls are in place and spare space can be allocated.

Stall sites are provided without power, and will be marked out on the ground shortly before the event. Stall-holders are welcome to setup their stalls early on the day of the event (ie. by 10am on Sunday 13th November) or the day before (Saturday 12th November). Access is not available overnight or before 6am on the Sunday.
